In spite of all developments by inventions and discoveries and new technologies, natural calamity is something that cannot be prevented by the human race. There are certain things in human lives that are totally out of control of the human race and natural calamities are the main part of that. Let it be floods, earthquakes, tsunami, tornados, and cloud bursts, all these are considered to be acts of God, which is beyond human control. The best thing the human race can do is to contain the aftereffects and do the act of damage control. We have been at the forefront of the same whether it is a flood in Kerala, earthquake in Nepal, flood in Bihar, tsunami in the coastlines or earthquake in Gujarat. We have been instrumental in establishing a world-class school in earthquake-hit Bhuj in Gujarat, food and essential supplies to the state of Bihar during the flood, relief material for the earthquake victims of Nepal and financial assistance to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund of Kerala along with a supply of essentials to the flood-hit state; the list keeps on growing.
