Stress Management

If we look around In today’s mechanized world, we will find the majority of people around are stressed due to some reason or the other. Stress while studying, stress at work, stress due to bad relationships, stress due to finance, stress due to anxiety; you can name n number of reasons for being stressed. In most cases when you get down to the reasons for stress, they are not natural but are created.

To help out our employees and students from the bad effects of stress, we have developed different stress management programs to suit different groups of people. Our special educators, counsellors and trained mentors initially identified the people and persons undergoing stress and with the time tested stress management program has succeeded in preventing the ill effects of stress.

In addition, regular seminars were conducted for both the students and the mentors. Yoga and meditation were made a part of the curriculum and special hours were devoted to the employees of our organization. A competition for all the above has helped us make a stress free environment for our pupils and people
