There was a time when the learners were forced to mug up and write under the rot learning method. Neither the mentor nor the learner ever realized why a topic is being taught or learned. Experiential learning has brought in a drastic change, virtually from nadir to zenith. The realization that anything we learn has got an application in our day to day life has made teaching and learning a new experience. Understanding the subject while relating to day to day life leads to the way for lateral and out of the box thinking which in turn becomes a platform for innovations and discoveries. In addition, it helps to identify the aptitude and attitude of the learners in different subjects and a choice of career can be selected well in advance. In addition to these, the learner is able to understand the interdisciplinary dependency of each subject irrespective of the present-day unscientific segregation of different subjects.

Our research team has found after prolonged research that the limitations of experiential learning which is related to life around can be combined with exponential learning. Exponential learning in simple words is the process of energized learning that leads to a desire to learn even more about a given subject. This further leads to integration with other faculties and leads to a deep knowledge of multidisciplinary learning for a single topic itself. Exponential learning breaks the barriers of framework learning and takes the learner to new vistas of language, breaking the barrier of structured limitations of a particular subject. This again changes the mindset of the learner to limit his learning procedure. The quest for knowledge keeps on increasing.
